Pressed for time?  Try this 3 Step Fat Burning Workout Without Equipment!
 
For those times when going to the gym is too much try this incredibly simple workout out will help you burn fat while building lean muscle.  Don’t be fooled by it’s simplicity it’s a crusher.  I’d recommend starting with 5 rounds and then build up to 10 rounds.

Benefit: Burn as much fat as possible without any equipment.

Directions: Perform 6 reps of each of the following exercises in the order shown. Repeat as many times as you can in 3 minutes. Rest for 1 minute.
  1. Seal Jack
  2. Body Weight Squat
  3. Pushup
That’s 1 round. Do 5 to 10 rounds.

To make it harder, follow the same protocol with these three exercises.
Directions: Perform 6 reps of each of the following exercises in the order shown. Repeat as many times as you can in 3 minutes. Rest for 1 minute.
  1. Jumping Jack
  2. Jump Squat
  3. Sky Reach Pushup
That’s 1 round. Do 5 to 10 rounds.
