Two Healthy Air Fryer Recipes That Your Kids Will Love

Here are 2 simple and healthy air fryer recipes that you and your kids will absolutely love.  I’m a huge fan of potato chips and seasoned nuts.  But both can be very unhealthy for you if you are buying them in a container.  They are usually over processed and lose the majority of their nutrients….especially in the case of potato chips.  The Air Fryer is a fantastic appliance that allows you to cook great tasting snacks that are still great for you.  So check out my videos below to see how to prepare these 2 simple recipes.

Air Fryer Potato Chips

The potato has been cooked 1,000 ways in western society and the vast majority of them are filled with so much oil that any nutrient value you get from the potato is washed away.  Enter the Air Fried Potato Chip!  Using healthy coconut oil and an air fryer you can create a beautifully seasoned potato chip with any of the fatty oils that go right to your waist line.  These chips taste great and you don’t feel that heavy, sick feeling like after eating regular french fries.  Try to avoid using ketchup which is loaded with sugar.  Siracha and mustard are great alternatives.
