If you are looking for a great core workout here is one you can do in about 20 minutes.  The great thing about this workout is that it doesn’t require any equipment and can be done in the comfort of your own home or just about anywhere.

 

Quick 20 Minute Core Workout

Duration: 20 Minutes

Intensity: Moderate 

Equipment: None

**Start A Timer & Reference The Time During Workout** 

Do 10 Plank Taps

Do Jumping Jacks Until You Reach 1:00 Mark 

Do 10 Walkouts

Do Jumping Jacks Until You Reach 2:00 Mark 

Do 10 Single Leg Deadlifts (Switch legs at 5) 

Do Jumping Jacks 

Until You Reach 3:00 Mark 

Do 10 Jumping Lunges

REST 1 MINUTE BETWEEN ROUNDS

REPEAT 5 TIMES
