If you are looking to get your six pack back for your next trip try this 5 minute workout.  For best results do this workout at least 5 times per week and be sure eat nutritionally dense foods while you do it.  Just doing crunches isn’t enough!  Eating right plays a big role in exposing those ab muscles! You can do this 5 minute ab workout all day long but if your diet consists of pizza and beer you’ll be looking at a 1 pack in the mirror.
