3 Ideas For A Quick Healthy Breakfast For Kids

School is upon us and the daunting task of making breakfast and packing lunch is back! So as we embark on this new school year I wanted to share 3 super easy recipes your kids will actually love! The meals are balanced with some serious nutrition so your child will start the day right!  They are quick to prepare and taste great!


Recipe 1 – Chunky Monkey Smoothie

1 High Quality Meal Replacement Protein Shake
**I recommend the IsaLean Shake.
1 Scoop of Peanut Butter Powder
1 Banana
Ice & Water

1. Combine 8 oz of water, 8-10 ice cubes, Protein Shake,
Peanut Butter & Banana in a bullet or high
powered blender.
2. Blend until creamy.


Recipe 2 – Sun Butter & Banana Chia Seed Toast

1 Slice 100% Whole Wheat Bread
(I used one that was 50 cal. per slice.)
1 Tbsp. Sunbutter
1/2 Medium Banana, Sliced
1/2 Tsp. Chia Seeds

1. Toast the bread and spread the
sunbutter over the top.

2. Place banana slices over the
sunbutter and top it off with chia seeds.

Serve right away and enjoy!


Recipe 3 – Vanilla Chai Dairy-Free Protein Pancakes

1 Egg*
1 Ripe Banana (Mashed)
2 Scoops Vanilla Chai IsaLean Shake Dairy-Free  **Purchase Here**
2/3 Cup of Water

1. Mix all ingredients together, making a batter
2. Heat pan over medium heat and add coconut oil or nonstick cooking spray.
3. Pour palm-sized amounts of batter into pan and cook 3-5 minutes.
*Can also use unsweetened applesauce or an egg/egg white substitute.
