10 Minute Full Body Workout

If you are pressed for time and want to get in a solid workout try a Burpee-A-Thon!  You can do this 10 minute full body workout by yourself or with a friend.  Although my daughter Ella made this workout look easy….don’t be fooled!  Although it is short it is a high intensity workout.  Have fun and get after it!!

The main benefits of doing this 10 minute full body workout are:

  • You can do it anywhere and it requires no equipment
  • It is short and intense.  You should be done in less than 10 minutes
  • It is a full body workout and works all of your muscle groups
  • It works your cardio and anaerobic systems
  • It’s FUN!
